I'm trying to create a DVD video using DeVeDe, but the sound is distorted - how do I solve this?
This is caused by the buggy version of Mplayer/Mencoder that is included with Ubuntu. A working version is available in the backports repository (for Gutsy users) - Users of earlier versions of Ubuntu can download a the DeVeDe package which includes older versions of Mplayer/Mencoder from its website (http://www.rastersoft.com/programas/devede.html) which includes working versions of Mplayer/Mencoder.
Q
I'm using KPDF, and sometimes I am unable to click on links. Why is this?
This is an option set by the creator of the PDF. The PDF needs to be made with the links set to active for you to be able to click them.
