Bart: Short of me splicing together our individual recordings from each station (believe me a serious drag), we are at the mercy of Skype signal degradation through the duration of the show. Honestly I don’t know if we have ISP’s traffic-shaping or Skype itself trying to traffic-manage with bad results.

Don’t start him going against Pulse-Audio again!

Overall another enjoyable podcast, keep up the great work guys. One complaint though – Dave sounded like he was in a deep well and was hard to understand. What is his microphone situation at home? Could we take up a collection and get him a better microphone? Is the problem a faulty PulseAudio config? I am willing to donate a headset to Dave if it will help.

Robin, did you toned down my over reaction of Dave not knowing what Conky was? I thought it sounded worst during recording!
